Our special guest will be Sgt. Jason Stanley and one of the night shift pilots of the Guardian One helicopter!
Guardian One is a familiar sight over West Seattle, helping Seattle Police from the air to apprehend suspects. The team from the Air Support Unit of the King County Sheriff’s Office will share with us in detail what they do, how the tools and technology work, and what they see from the air. We’ll also hear about some of the searches that they’ve worked on with Seattle Police.
Bring your questions and take advantage of this opportunity to learn about Guardian One. Should be a very interesting evening!
We’ll begin the meeting with a few announcements; introductions; and an update from SW Precinct leadership, Captain Pierre Davis on recent and current crime/safety issues.
Here’s the detailed agenda.
