WSBWCN-logoCrime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) is defined as a multi-disciplinary approach to deterring criminal behavior through environmental design. CPTED strategies rely upon the ability to influence offender decisions that precede criminal acts by affecting the built, social and administrative environment.  The strategies can apply to personal residences as well as parks, businesses, etc.

Our guest speaker will be SW Precinct Crime Prevention Coordinator, Jennifer Danner. She has recently received her Professional CPTED Designation and will include the latest and greatest information on this subject in her presentation. Come learn some easy, innovative, and low-cost ideas that can be easily applied to your home environment to deter criminal behavior!
